Who Should Attend: Employees of CANDU industry suppliers within all disciplines
Instructor: Laurie Fraser
Scope: The “Supplier Culture of Excellence” training course is designed as an Introduction to Human Performance (HU) with a focus on Knowledge Workers in the nuclear industry in the following areas:
This effort is to support supplier’s development of a common language for their excellence journey. By doing so, the suppliers will be able to better understand and choose metrics that are aligned with the COG Chief Nuclear Operators’ Forum for suppliers to self-measure Human Performance Excellence in the supplier’s organisation.
To continue the support work for the COG HUMTT, it has been previously recognised that there is a need to provide BCOE/HU training to the supplier community.
